Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Plans

Kariel & Co. Salons offers the following membership options for eligible services:

Monthly Memberships

  • Gold Membership: $34.99/month
  • Platinum Membership: $44.99/month

Annual Memberships

  • Gold Annual Membership: $349.00/year
  • Platinum Annual Membership: $449.00/year

Annual memberships include 12 months for the price of 10, which means 2 months free. Each plan provides member-only pricing on eligible services and selected monthly benefits as described on our Memberships page.

2. Billing & Subscription

By subscribing to a membership plan, you authorize Kariel & Co. Salons to charge your payment method according to the membership option you selected.

Monthly Memberships

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your signup date.
  • All monthly memberships include a 3-month minimum commitment.
  • After the 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.

Annual Memberships

  • Annual memberships are billed in full at the time of purchase.
  • Annual memberships renew annually unless canceled before the next renewal date, where applicable.
  • Annual memberships are intended for clients who want the best long-term value and are not billed monthly.

For All Memberships

  • You will receive a receipt for each successful payment.
  • If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
  • Kariel & Co. Salons reserves the right to cancel or suspend benefits for failed payments, abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Eligible Services & Exclusions

Membership pricing applies to eligible services at Kariel & Co. Salons. Membership pricing does not apply to:

  • Chemical services, including hair color and relaxers
  • Hair fiber add-ons and color add-ons for barber services
  • PMU (Permanent Makeup) touch-up appointments
  • Promotional, discounted, or special package services unless expressly stated
  • Gratuity, taxes, retail products, or add-on charges not specifically included in the membership benefit

Additional charges may apply based on hair length, density, service complexity, product usage, or extended appointment time.

4. Monthly Benefits

Each membership tier may include selected complimentary or reduced-cost monthly benefits.

  • Monthly benefits reset according to the member's billing cycle.
  • Unused monthly benefits do not roll over to a future billing cycle.
  • Monthly benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or account credit.
  • Monthly benefits may only be used by the member unless otherwise stated through an approved Friends & Family sharing benefit.
  • Additional charges may apply when a service extends beyond the included base offering.

5. Friends & Family Sharing

Members may share benefits with friends or family under the following conditions:

  • Each membership includes two (2) shared benefits per membership year.
  • A shared benefit allows a non-member guest to receive member pricing on one eligible service visit.
  • Shared benefits cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Shared benefits must be coordinated in advance and are subject to participating provider availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

  • All monthly memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Cancellation requests submitted before the initial 3-month commitment is fulfilled will not stop billing during that commitment period.
  • After the 3-month minimum, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months, unused benefits, or missed usage.

Annual Memberships

  • Annual memberships are billed upfront and are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law or in the event of a verified billing error.
  • If an annual membership is set to renew, cancellation must be made before the next annual renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Benefits remain active through the end of the paid annual term unless the membership is terminated for policy violations.

For All Memberships

  • You may manage your subscription through your membership account, where available, or by contacting our team.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund for previously processed charges except where required by law.

7. Plan Changes

Members may request a change to their plan, subject to approval and billing rules in effect at the time of the request.

  • Monthly plan upgrades may take effect immediately or in the next billing cycle, depending on system setup.
  • Downgrades may take effect in the following billing cycle.
  • Annual plan changes may require account review and may not be prorated.
  • Kariel & Co. Salons reserves the right to determine how upgrades, downgrades, and annual plan transitions are handled operationally.

8. Booking & Availability

Membership does not guarantee same-day, rush, or preferred appointment availability. All bookings are subject to:

  • Stylist availability
  • Service duration
  • Booking schedule
  • Salon operating hours
  • Provider participation in the membership program

Members are encouraged to book in advance. Kariel & Co. Salons is not responsible for missed benefits due to scheduling conflicts, limited availability, or failure to book within the billing cycle.

9. Member Conduct

Members are expected to treat staff, participating professionals, and other clients with respect. Kariel & Co. Salons reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member engages in:

  • Abusive or disruptive behavior
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of membership benefits
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Repeated booking violations or policy abuse

10. Refunds & Chargebacks

Membership charges are nonrefundable once processed except where required by law or in the event of a verified duplicate or erroneous charge.

Before initiating a chargeback, members agree to contact Kariel & Co. Salons so the issue may be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved directly.

Kariel & Co. Salons reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, or suspected abuse.

11. Modifications to Terms

Kariel & Co. Salons reserves the right to update these Membership Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where appropriate. Continued use of membership benefits after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
