When do membership prices increase?
Current pricing is available through April 9. New pricing begins April 10. Join now to secure the current rate.
Are chemical services included?
No. Chemical services, color, and relaxers are excluded from membership discounts.
Can I share my membership benefits?
Yes. Each membership includes two friends and family member benefits per year.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe using secure recurring billing. You will receive an email receipt for each payment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel at any time. Benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
How do the monthly free benefits work?
Free benefits reset each billing cycle and must be used within that month. Unused perks do not roll over.
Are PMU touch-up appointments included?
No. PMU touch-up appointments are not included in membership pricing.
Can I book an appointment without becoming a member?
Yes. If you are not ready to join the membership, you can still book directly with one of our salon professionals at regular pricing.
Do you offer monthly memberships?
Yes. Monthly memberships are available at $34.99/month for Gold and $44.99/month for Platinum. We also offer annual memberships for clients who want additional savings.
Do you offer annual membership pricing?
Yes. Annual memberships are available for clients who want the best overall value. Gold Annual: $349.00/year (save $70). Platinum Annual: $449.00/year (save $90). Annual members get 12 months for the price of 10.

Terms & Conditions
Membership is billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renews automatically until cancelled. Annual memberships are charged in full upfront for the 12-month term.
Membership discounts apply only to qualifying services listed on this page. Chemical services, color, and relaxers are excluded.
PMU touch-up appointments are not included. Prices for certain services may vary based on hair length, density, style, and technician availability.
Membership allows only two shared friends and family member benefits per year.
Monthly perks must be used within the applicable billing cycle and have no cash value. Unused perks do not roll over.
Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change for new members after April 10. Existing members who enroll before April 10 secure the current published rate.
Appointments are subject to availability. Standard missed and cancelled appointment policies still apply. Benefits are non-transferable except for the stated shared uses.
Membership discounts cannot be stacked with other promotions unless stated. Service pricing may vary by hair length, density, and style.
Kariel & Co. Salons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program for misuse, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, members may cancel future renewals at any time before their next billing date. Annual memberships are committed for the full 12-month term. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of an annual membership.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, missed appointments, or unused discounts after a billing cycle begins.
Benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle unless membership is terminated for policy violations.
Privacy Policy
Kariel & Co. Salons collects personal information such as name, email, phone number, and payment-related information to manage memberships, appointments, and promotional communications.
Payment data is processed securely by Stripe. Kariel & Co. Salons does not store full credit card information on its servers.
Your information will not be sold. Data may be used for booking, customer service, membership administration, promotions, and service updates.
By joining or submitting your email, you consent to receive account-related and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
